![]() Out of infusion 2 to 3 cups a day : 2 parts of mint, 2 parts of rosemary, 2 parts of hedge hyssop, 1 part of St. John's wort 1 part of summer savory, 1 part of cowparsnip. ![]() Gingembre, damiana, rosemary, kola, masterwort, sage, mint : 3 g of mixture out of powder, to swallow in a liquid during the meals. ![]() 2 g of ginseng root powder, to swallow in a liquid during the meals. ![]() Eat : chopped raw parsley, saffron, oats which cause a hormonal stimulation, germinated corn. ![]() Infusion of mint, 20 g of flowered tops and leaves for 1 liter of ebullient water; 1 cup. or Infusion of St. John's wort, 20 g of flowered tops for 1 liter of ebullient water, let infuse 5 mn ; 1 cup. or Infusion of summer savory, 50 g of leaves for 1 liter of ebullient water; 1 cup. ![]() Wine of cowparsnip, let soak 24 hours, 50 g of chopped cowparsnip roots and leaves in 1 liter of red wine, filter ; 1 small glass before the meals. or Wine wild of fennel, let soak 3 weeks, 100 g of seeds in 1 liter of Porto wine, stir it up every day, filter ; 1 small glass after diner. or Wine of rosemary and sage, throw in 1 liter of red wine 30 g of fresh rosemary leaves + 20 g of sage + 1 honey soup spoon, heat 15 mn with the bain-marie, let cool, filter; 2 soup spoons before diner.
