berce.jpg Plant form the meadows and woods widespread in Europe except in the Mediterranean area from 0,50 to 1,50 m of which one uses roots, leaves and seeds.

Cow parsnip root is indicated as stimulant and aphrodisiac. Root properties are close to those of ginseng.
Also : Hypertension, difficult digestion, insufficient menstruation.



Infusion : One spoonful for 1/4 liter of ebulient water ; 3 to 6 cups a day.

Delicious: steamed flower buds and leaves are eaten as a vegetable.

Wine; let macerate for 24 hours, in 1 liter of red wine, 50 g of roots and leaves cut into small pieces, filter; take a small glass before meals.
