Infusions of roman camomile, melissa, mint, lime tree, sage, anise, periwinkle, cowslip, vervain, coriander or caraway.

Drink 1 cup after each meal :

Infusion of sweet sedge, 8 g of dried rhizome for 1 liter of boiling water.
or
Decoction of cowparsnip, 15 g of root for 1 liter of water, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Infusion of calamint, 50 g of dried plant for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Infusion of coriander, 40 g of fruits pour 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Decoction of cumin, 30 g of seeds for 1 liter of water, boil 5 minutes, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Decoction of hop, 15 g of dried flowers for 1 liter of water, boil 2 minutes, filter; drink immediately.
or
Infusion of bay-tree, 30 g of leaves for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.

Drink 1 cup before each :

Infusion of blessed thistle, 40 g of flowered tops for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Infusion of bogbean, 60 g of leaves for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.
or
Infusion of parsley, 4 g of seeds for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes.

To do all year long :

Regularly add saffron to food. Eat leeks, peas, at least once a week.

Drink each day a mint tea : for that, add to green tea in the teapot, 40 G of fresh wild mint leaves, let infuse 10 minutes, add moreover in your cup a small fresh wild mint branch.

Preparations to preserve out of stopped bottle; drink 1 small glass :

Wormwood liquor, let soak 2 weeks, 40 g of dried wormwood leaves, filter, add 500 g of sugar syrup ; drink after the meal.
or
Angelica liquor, let soak 5 days in 1 liter of brandy 15 g of fresh stems with 15 g of crushed bitter almonds, filter, add 500 g of sugar sirop, filter again, drink after the meal.
or
Wine of woodruff let soak 5 hours, 40 g of dried plant in 1 liter of white wine, with 20 g of sugar and some orange sections, to filter, let rest one night and to filter the following day; drink before the meal.
or
Wine of bennet, let soak 24 hours, 40 g of chopped rhizome in 1 liter of red wine, filter ; drink after the meals.
or
Wine of roman camomile, let soak 5 days, 80 g of dried flowers in 1 liter of white wine, filter ; drink after the meals.
or
Liqueur of caraway liquor, let soak 1 week, 25 g of seeds in 1 liter of brandy, filter, add 400 g of sugar syrup ; drink after the meals.
or
Liquor of tarragon, let macerate, 2 months, 60 g of fresh leaves in 1 liter of brandy, filter, add 300 g of sugar syrup; drink after the meal.

Preparations to be preserved out of stopped bottles ; take 20 drops in a little sweetened water glass.

After the meals : Tincture of gentian, let soak 6 days, 6 g of dried chopped roots in 60 g of alcohol 60%, filter.
or
Before the meal : Tincture of germander, let soak 1 week, 5 g of dried flowered tops and leaves in 50 g of alcohol 60%, filter.

Take 10 drops after the meal :

Tincture of lemon, let soak 1 week, 60 g of bark in 100 g of alcohol 60%, filter.
or
Tincture of hyssop, let soak 3 weeks, 20 g of flowered tops and 20 g of mint leaves in 1 liter of alcohol 60%, filter.

To help stomach

Decoction of wormwood, blessed thistle, walnut tree : 5g of mixture per cup, 1 cup before the meals.

Rosemary 1 spoonful for 1 cup of boiling water, 1 cup after each meal.

Mint 1 spoonful for 1 cup of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes, drink 1 cup after each meal.

20 g of thyme for 1 liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes, 3 to 4 cups a day.

melissa 1 soup spoon for 1/4 of liter of boiling water, let infuse 10 minutes, 1 cup after each meal.

Out of decoction : 40 g of licorice for 1 liter of water, boil 15 minutes, 3 cups a day. (during maximum 2 or 3 weeks and stop)

For digesting infusion of sage, thyme, rosemary, hyssop, mint, basil : 5 g of mixture per cup, 1 cup after the meals.

SLOW DIGESTION
Decoction of dandelion, chicory, elecampane, bogbean, lilac : 5 g of mixture per cup, 1 cup in the morning, 1 cup before lunch.
Infusion of sage, mint, melissa, roman camomile, vervain : 5 g of mixture per cup, to drink after the meals.

To help liver

Infusion of dried artichoke 1 spoonful for 1 cup of boiling water, 2 cups a day sweetened with honey.

Infusion of boldo 10 g for 1 liter of boiling water, 2 to 3 cups a day after the meals.

Out of decoction : 1 spoonful of linden sapwood for 1 cup of cold water, boil 3 minutes, 4 cups a day sweetened with honey.

Infusion of Marian thistle 1 spoonful for 1/4 of a liter of boiling water, 1 cup before each meal during 15 days.

Eat black radish and dandelion in salads.
