Infusions of lemon, lady's mantle, basil, eyebright, sweet marjoram, mint, plantain, cowslip, elder, thyme, agrimony, fumitory, juniper, fir tree or eucalyptus.

Mix 20 ml of lemon juice, 50 ml of hot water, 1 crushed garlic pod and a pinch of cinnamon powder ; 3 cups a day.

Infusion of 1 part of ground ivy, 1 part of eyebright, 1 part of eucalyptus, 1 part of thyme, 1 part of agrimony ; 2 to 3 cups a day.

Out of inhalation eucalyptus, lavander, thyme, mint.

To rinse the nose with a salt pinch in a tepid water glass to stop the flow.

Inhalation in case of cold, sinusitis, influenza : Put in a basin 1 handful of eucalyptus leaves, 1 spoonful of vinegar, fill of ebullient water, cover the head with a linen and strongly breathe during 15 to 20 minutes.

Decoction of fumitory, eyebright, agrimony : 5 g of mixture per cup, 3 cups a day.

Decoction of ground ivy, hyssop, juniper, fir tree buds, eucalyptus, thyme : 5 g of mixture per cup, several cups between the meals.

To unblock the nose :
Snuff a sternutatory powder, made with dried leaves of :

basil, of betony.

To aspire by the nostrils :
a decoction of eyebright, 25 g of dried plant for 1 liter of water, make boil 10 mn, filter, let become tepid, do not swallow.

To take a large bowl very sweetened :

Infusion of eyebright, 25 g of dried plant for 1 liter of ebullient water, let infuse 10 mn.
or
Infusion of ground ivy, 20 g of leaves for 1 liter of ebullient water, let infuse 10 mn.
or
Mixed infusion of cowslip 15 g of dried leaves and flowers, plantain 15 g of dried leaves for 1 liter of ebullient water, let infuse 5 mn.

Syrup of myrthe, let infuse 8 hours in a covered container, 75 g of dried leaves in 1 liter of ebullient water, filter, add 1,5 Kg of sugar, cook to make a syrup ; 3 soup spoons a day.
