Infusions of juniper berries, comfrey, couch-grass, artichoke, ash, dandelion, horsetail, galega, birtch, hemp agrimony, bittersweet nightshade, or curled dock.

Out of infusion 2 to 3 cups a day : 2 parts of juniper, 2 parts of couch-grass, 2 parts of curled dock, 1 part of birtch bark, 1 part of ash leaves.

Decoction of dandelion, artichoke, elecampane, linden lime tree sapwood, curcuma, galega, hemp agrimony : 5 g per cup, 1 cup in the morning, another before each meal.

Consume unsaturated fats which reduce the rate of bad cholesterol. One find them in fatty fishes, salmon, herring; avocado, nuts oil, colza oil, of olive oil, dry fruits, almonds, hazel nuts, nuts ...
Consume fibres because this one capture and facilitate the evacuation of cholesterol in excess in the intestine. One finds them in cereals, vegetables, fruits, particularly grapefruits and apples.
Consume garlic, onion which improves blood fluidity, lower the cholesterol level and triglycerides factor of cardiovascular diseases.
Eliminate saturated fats hidden in fatty meats, butter, cheese, pork-butcheries, dairy produces, pastry.
