In case of crisis sweet annie during 4 or 5 days : Tincture or infusions 5 g of dried leaves in 1 liter of ebullient water, let infuse 10 minutes, filter ; to drink during the day, start again during 5 days. or Eat 3 g of dried leaves a day during 5 days.  Also of preventive use sweet annie at smaller dose.
